Dow has an exciting and challenging opportunity for Associate Maintenance Technician (Mechanical) role located in Dong Nai Site, Vietnam.

This role provides maintenance craft specific support to plants. Maintains and repairs all types of equipment within craft knowledge and expertise. Requires established basic technical skills to perform a range of routine work activities using existing processes and methods.

Vị trí này cung cấp hỗ trợ chuyên môn bảo trì cho nhà máy, chịu trách nhiệm bảo dưỡng và sửa chữa các loại thiết bị trong phạm vi chuyên môn. Ứng viên cần áp dụng các kỹ năng kỹ thuật cơ bản để thực hiện các công việc bảo trì định kỳ theo quy trình và phương pháp hiện có.

Responsibilities/ Trách nhiệm chính

• Diagnoses and corrects equipment problems.
• Calibrates and aligns equipment.
• Completes preventative maintenance activities.
• Checks sizing of components and parts.
• Specifies, requisitions, and installs parts and equipment.
• Coordinates maintenance spare parts.
• Assists in planning, prioritizing, and scheduling maintenance through planner, work coordinator and operations input.
• Sets up and calibrates, tests, measures and repairs all types of controls and instruments with pneumatic, electrical, and electronic variables.
• Repairs, maintains and installs equipment and machinery which is used in the process.
• Troubleshoots and repairs malfunctions and documents failure analysis.
• Collects equipment operation and history data to facilitate reliability improvements.
• Works within established Maintenance Work Processes and helps resolve issues that surface as a result of planning and scheduling work.

• Hỗ trợ lập kế hoạch, ưu tiên và sắp xếp lịch bảo trì phối hợp với planner, điều phối công việc và vận hành
• Thiết lập, hiệu chuẩn, kiểm tra, đo lường và sửa chữa các hệ thống điều khiển và thiết bị đo lường (khí nén, điện và điện tử)
• Bảo trì, sửa chữa và lắp đặt máy móc, thiết bị trong dây chuyền sản xuất
• Xử lý sự cố kỹ thuật và lập báo cáo phân tích nguyên nhân hư hỏng
• Thu thập và phân tích dữ liệu vận hành, lịch sử thiết bị nhằm cải thiện độ tin cậy
• Làm việc theo các quy trình bảo trì hiện hành và hỗ trợ xử lý các vấn đề phát sinh trong quá trình lập kế hoạch và triển khai công việc

Qualifications/ Yêu cầu

• At least 3 years’ experience in field mechanical maintenance.
• Chemical manufacturing related experience is preferred.
• English communication capability will be a plus.

• Tối thiểu 3 năm kinh nghiệm trong lĩnh vực bảo trì cơ khí (làm việc thực tế tại hiện trường)
• Ưu tiên ứng viên có kinh nghiệm trong ngành sản xuất hóa chất
• Có khả năng giao tiếp bằng tiếng Anh là một lợi thế
