Job Description

Iron Mountain is seeking a positive and professional Customer Care Professional to join our Customer Care Management team. In this role, you will be responsible for acting as our customers' primary point of contact to deliver a best-in-class experience and build sustainable relationships of trust. You will join a winning team that embraces diversity and inclusion, providing a safe place to voice your opinion and be your true authentic self while connecting with over 26,000 teammates globally.

What You’ll Do

In this role, you will:

  • Responsibility 1: Manage and resolve customer concerns and complaints from start to finish to ensure high-quality solutions and long-term relationship retention.

  • Responsibility 2: Collaborate with internal related teams to understand how assigned duties integrate across the organization to provide seamless service delivery.

  • Responsibility 3: Ensure compliance with Iron Mountain company values by acting with integrity and owning safety and security in every interaction.

What You’ll Bring

The ideal candidate will have:

  • 3+ years of experience in a Customer Care or Account Management role.

  • Strong knowledge of Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems, Microsoft Office, and Google Suite.

  • Proven ability in critical thinking and problem-solving, specifically recognizing and solving typical work area problems independently.
