Job Summary

Iron Mountain is seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Associate to join our Singapore (SGP) Customer Excellence team. In this role, you will be responsible for actioning time-sensitive customer requests, including account setups, work orders, and report generation, while ensuring all tasks meet stipulated guidelines and timelines.

You will join a dedicated team focused on delivering high-quality support and maintaining the highest standards of customer satisfaction for our Singapore-based clients.

What You’ll Do

In this role, you will:

  • Execute Customer Requests: Action various time-sensitive activities such as work order requests, account setups, and web user maintenance across all business lines, including Records Management and Data Management.

  • Collaborate for Resolution: Research and analyze customer inquiries to provide accurate first-contact resolutions, interacting effectively with various position levels to ensure total customer satisfaction.

  • Maintain Compliance and Accuracy: Ensure all work orders and reports are created accurately within stipulated cutoffs and Information Management procedures to avoid revenue impact and maintain organizational standards.

What You’ll Bring

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Relevant Professional Experience: Proven experience in data input or a customer service environment, demonstrating the ability to scale to high performance levels quickly.

  • Technical and Functional Expertise: Strong Microsoft Excel skills and excellent keyboarding speed, with the ability to translate operational data into billing requirements.

  • Strong Analytical Abilities: Proven ability in problem-solving and strategic thinking, coupled with a high sense of urgency and effective time management.

  • Excellent Communication Skills: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with a teamwork-driven attitude and a high degree of integrity.
