Job Summary

Iron Mountain is seeking a motivated Customer Care Professional to join our Domestic Specialty team. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering a best-in-class customer experience and providing essential support for Records Management accounts.

The Domestic Specialty Team is a vital part of our Customer Care organization, focused on seamlessly managing customer service-related cases and operational activities to ensure high customer satisfaction.

What You'll Do (Responsibilities)

In this role, you will:

  • Provide Essential Customer Support: Serve as the first point of contact for customers, handling service-related cases, managing client authorizations, and ensuring customer satisfaction through excellent service delivery.

  • Collaborate on Operational Excellence: Partner with various teams to manage core Records Management (RM) account activities, including processing Price Estimates (PE) for services and updating the SKP Information Window.

  • Ensure Data Integrity and Compliance: Process facility audit requests and maintain the accuracy of customer and operational data to ensure seamless service delivery and adherence to organizational standards and policies.

What You'll Bring (Skills & Qualifications)

The ideal candidate will have:

  • 2-3 years of experience in a Customer Care, Account Management, or Technical Support role.

  • Strong knowledge of customer relationship management (CRM) systems, practices, and basic Microsoft Excel functionality.

  • Proven ability in critical thinking, problem-solving, and managing client relationships, with strong phone and email contact handling skills.

  • Basic computer skills including website navigation and working knowledge of Microsoft Office and Google suite applications.
