  • Perform wiring, soldering, harnessing, and component installation with accuracy and attention to detail

  • Verify quality standards and ensure assembled products meet all required tolerances

  • Identify, disassemble, and correct minor malfunctions when necessary

  • Support additional production activities, such as test kit assembly, packaging, and labeling

  • Follow standardized processes while making minor adjustments to methods as needed

  • Collaborate with supervisors and senior team members to resolve routine production issues

  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in compliance with company and industry standards

What You Bring to the Role

  • 2–3 years of assembly, electro-mechanical, or related manufacturing experience

  • Working knowledge of soldering, wiring, cable harnessing, mechanical and/or electronic assembly

  • Ability to interpret drawings, schematics, and written work instructions

  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work

  • Comfortable working on semi-routine tasks with occasional need to deviate from standard procedures

  • Proficiency in following established processes while seeking guidance from senior team members when needed

  • Reliable, self-motivated, and able to work effectively under moderate supervision
