Wellness and engagement: Assist with day-to-day activities related to wellness and engagement initiatives.
Culture Projects: Manage culture projects at the firm-wide and LoS level, collaborating with other HC pillars or committees; Handle various culture projects, manage project timelines and resources, and lead specific parts of the projects as needed.
HC Transformation Day-to-Day: Manage and update the HC Transformation report on a regular basis, with comfort in handling supporting administrative tasks, coordination, and documentation as required.
Preferred Skills and Experience:
Bachelor's degree in communication, Design, Psychology, Management or a related field
Fresh graduates or candidates with up to two years of experience in Internal Communication, Human Resources, or related roles
Experience in social media administration, event management, and coordination with external stakeholders
Strong project management and organisational skills
Good understanding of communication and visual design; familiarity with Adobe tools (Illustrator, Photoshop, Premiere Pro) is an advantage
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with proficiency in English (written and spoken)
Self‑motivated, detail‑oriented, analytical, and able to work independently or as part of a team
