About the team 

The Syndicated Loan Servicing team delivers end-to-end loan servicing activities along with comprehensive fund accounting and investor servicing for clients originating and investing in commercial and term loans, including the administration of loan pools and credit funds.

What you will be doing 

The role involves delivering end‑to‑end client onboarding, accounting, and reporting services, including support for monthly, quarterly, and annual close processes. Key responsibilities include cash and position reconciliations, trade bookings, credit line accounting, contract maintenance and rollover processing, interest and fee calculations, and wire setup. The position also entails preparing and reviewing borrow and prepayment trades, managing monthly and quarterly interest accruals and related wires, handling ad‑hoc requests, and resolving client queries with a strong focus on accuracy, control, and timely delivery. The candidate should be flexible and open to working in shifts to meet client requirements.

As the primary point of contact,

  • Oversee daily transaction processing and reporting activities for assigned borrower‑side credit fund clients, including multi‑fund, multi‑currency, and multi‑strategy facilities.
  • Act as a primary point of contact for clients, resolving complex operational issues through detailed analysis and close coordination with internal teams, onshore counterparts, and external stakeholders
  • Process and review borrow and prepayment trades within core systems, ensuring accurate booking and timely settlement
  • Manage contract maintenance, rollover processing, and rate updates to ensure accurate interest and facility calculations
  • Perform wire booking and setup activities, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and adherence to control standards
  • Execute and review monthly and quarterly interest accruals across multiple funds and facilities
  • Monitor and resolve daily position breaks and reconciliation discrepancies, ensuring data integrity and operational continuity
  • Deliver high‑quality service aligned to agreed service levels, ensuring timeliness, accuracy, and strong control discipline
  • Support the development, documentation, and enhancement of operational procedures to minimize risk and improve efficiency
  • Provide day‑to‑day operational support to client teams, addressing ad‑hoc requests and service escalations effectively
  • Collaborate regularly with senior stakeholders and management to support client requirements and operational objectives
  • Assist in defining operational goals, work plans, and task allocation to ensure consistent delivery across client portfolios

What you bring: 

Knowledge / Experience

  • Min 2-8 years of experience on Loan Syndication, Leverage funds, Credit funds and Term loans.
  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, finance, related field, or equivalent combination of education, training, and work experience • Typically, at least 2 years of Investment banking experience in syndicated loan servicing • Knowledge/experience with structured finance, preferably CLO/CDOs, syndicated loans, • Working knowledge of cash reconciliations, financial transaction processing, trade settlements, data analysis, and reporting • Client servicing experience and excellent interpersonal skills to build high levels of customer satisfaction • Solid organizational, leadership, decision-making, and problem-solving skills • Ability to analyze situations or data, along with in-depth knowledge of organizational objectives • Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with all levels of management, colleagues, and clients (internal & external)Establish strong relationship with onshore counterparts.
  • Working closely with the team to identify process needs, putting strong controls in place, reviewing work and reviewing process related documentation on timely basis.
  • Raise any issues related to process and get it resolved.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent.
