At Amgen, our mission is to serve patients. As an Associate Human Resources professional, you will play a key role in supporting our people, ensuring HR processes are compliant, efficient, and aligned with global standards. You'll work in partnership with a range of stakeholders, be hands-on in payroll, recruitment, policy implementation, and support the employee lifecycle across our Danish and Norwegian sites. This is an opportunity to grow your HR career in a dynamic, collaborative environment.

Responsibilities
Payroll: Ensure accurate and compliant pay and benefits administration on a monthly basis; respond to employee payroll queries; liaise with our HR Operations center and external vendors; manage time registration and reporting.
Recruitment & On/Offboarding: Manage recruitment processes with hiring managers; coordinate onboarding and offboarding; conduct HR programmes such as orientation and recruitment events.
Process Alignment: Support implementation of global HR policies and procedures; align and streamline HR processes across DK sites; proactive adoption and implementation of AI in HR processes.
Compliance & Systems: Ensure compliance with local labour laws; review work contracts and status changes; assist with annual benchmarking and HR reports; manage local HR systems (e.g. Workday as well as our current payroll and benefits systems).
Internal Communication: Prepare and post communications and training related to the above responsibilities.

Degree in HR, business, or a related field
Payroll experience a preferred plus
Minimum 2 years of industry-related HR experience
Knowledge of HR systems, particularly Workday
Ability to work independently
Strong collaboration skills
Experience with recruitment processes
Fluency in Danish and English (oral and written)
Strong computer literacy
