This role is ideal for someone with 1–2 years of HR administration experience who is ready to strengthen their HR systems and operational skills. You will support Workday transactions and people processes across the employee lifecycle. work.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES/ACCOUNTABILITIES (Describe the major responsibilities and accountabilities of the position. Clearly and concisely indicate the end result(s) a person in the position is expected to accomplish.)
Perform Workday data entry and lifecycle updates with accuracy
Execute HR administrative tasks: onboarding paperwork, contracts, changes, offboarding
Follow structured work instructions for standard HR processes
Maintain digital HR records and support compliance audits
Manage shared inbox queries and escalate as needed
Support simple reporting tasks, data checks, and quality validations
Partner with HRBPs, Payroll, Talent Acquisition, and People Services teams
Contribute to improving processes, documentation, and workflows
Complete data mass loads and troubleshoot system errors

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE
Education & Experience: (The required degrees, certifications or licenses & the number of years and type of experience required for this position.)
Degree holder in Human Resources or related discipline;
1-2 years of HR administration experience.

Detail oriented, organized, and comfortable working with data
Strong communication and customer service mindset
Eager to learn Workday and broader systems skills
Fluent in English; additional EU languages are welcome
