Role Overview:
Manage new hire onboarding and induction initiatives and experience. Create and drive specific onboarding-related interventions.About the Role:

Execute and program manage site-level people initiatives.
Execute and program manage site site-level engagement plan.
Partner with People Services on people policy/process communication and adoption.
Execute people policy audits like attendance, leaves etc
Partner in Employer branding initiatives
Partner in Performance management initiatives
Manage employee data records and reporting
Support in Learning interventions and program manage internal training needs
About You:
1- 5 years experience
Post Graduate in Human Resources
Comfortable with Work from Office, Bangalore location
Strong program management and coordination skills
Excellent communication skills (verbal + written)
Ability to interact confidently with employees and managers across levels
Basic to intermediate Excel skills
Ability to manage databases, track metrics
Strong sense of ownership, follow-through, and accountability
