WHAT YOU WILL ACHIEVE
In this role, you will:
Support the implementation and integration of the AutoDesk Construction Cloud and AutoDesk Vault Professional as the capital project execution and Engineering Document Management (EDM) system at Pfizer.
Participate in defining the solution design and architecture of the capital project execution and EDM systems.
Manage time effectively to meet project delivery targets and develop plans for short-term work activities on the delivery of the AutoDesk Construction Cloud and AutoDesk Vault EDM systems.
Work with site teams at Sanford, Andover, Grange Castle, Newbridge and Catania to ensure that site objectives and priorities are addressed, while promoting a maintainable and scalable global standard solution for the EDM and project execution solutions.
Work with colleagues and vendor to ensure that an effective validation and migration of solutions is tested, and site EDM data is preserved in the new solution.
Contribute to the design of standard training programs for users of the CAD and EDM solutions.
Operate under general supervision, following established procedures and instructions, and solve loosely defined problems.
Use personal judgment to modify methods and techniques as needed.
Collaborate with Information Technology partners to set up development, test, and production environments.
Conduct risk analysis and impact assessments for solutions that integrate with other Pfizer systems.
Design and implement application software configurations and systems design for commercial off-the-shelf software products.
Ensure effective communication and collaboration within the team to achieve project goals.
QUALIFICATIONS
Must-Have
Applicant must have a bachelor's degree with at least 3 years of experience; OR a master's degree with more than 1 year of experience; OR an associate's degree with 6 years of experience; OR a high school diploma (or equivalent) and 8 years of relevant experience.
Experience working with AutoDesk AutoCAD and Inventor design tools, as well as Bluebeam for engineering document exchange, and administering Accruent Meridian EDM for the control and storage of engineering documents.
Experience working with plant maintenance and capital construction management processes in a pharmaceutical manufacturing environment.
Proficiency in Information Technology engineering practices.
Demonstrated capabilities in collaborating effectively within team settings, often in virtual environments.
Strong facilitation, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Experience in systems architecture, network systems, and application infrastructure.
Nice-to-Have
Experience in quantitative analytical methods and processes.
Advanced knowledge of risk analysis and impact assessments.
Expertise in designing and implementing application software configurations.
Excellent communication skills to explain complex issues and foster consensus among teams.
Ability to mentor and review the work of other colleagues.
Experience using common AI tools, including generative technologies such as ChatGPT or Microsoft Copilot, to support problem solving and enhance productivity. Demonstrated curiosity for exploring how these tools can improve outcomes and understanding of responsible AI practices, including risk management and ethical use.
