The Associate Engagement Manager is responsible for partnering with Commercial Leads and Services Consultants to streamline the delivery of the full portfolio of LiveRamp Global Services (LGS) offerings. While this role is not client-facing, it serves as the operational backbone for the team, ensuring that processes are efficient, documentation is accurate, and the team is equipped to scale.
The primary measure of success for this role will be the improvement of internal delivery workflows and the maintenance of accurate project data. This individual will collaborate with internal stakeholders in sales, account management, product, and operations.
The Associate Engagement Manager should have strong organizational skills, be effective in ambiguous environments, be able to easily communicate process changes, and be able to work collaboratively within cross-functional project teams.
You will:
Partner with all members of the LiveRamp Global Services (LGS) team to identify process bottlenecks and implement operational improvements that streamline service delivery.
Support the development of project plans by maintaining internal tracking tools, ensuring data hygiene in project management systems, and ensuring projects are meeting LGS documentation standards.
Assist in scoping internal process initiatives and documenting "playbooks" for repeatable service offerings, leveraging subject matter experts to validate accuracy.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand business objectives and ensure internal knowledge bases are up-to-date and accessible.
Identify operational challenges and develop practical recommendations to maximize team efficiency and reduce administrative burden..
Demonstrate a foundational understanding of LiveRamp products and services to accurately categorize and track project types and requirements.
This is a hybrid role working 2 days a week from either our San Francisco, New York City, Seattle or Little Rock locations.
About you:
2-3 years of experience in a professional environment, ideally in a role involving project coordination, operations, or internal support.
Introductory knowledge of AdTech/MarTech: A conceptual understanding of the digital media landscape and how data connectivity works. Experience with LiveRamp products is a plus.
Process-oriented mindset: A strong desire to create order out of chaos, document workflows, and improve efficiency.
Strong organizational skills. Must be able to multitask and manage multiple internal workstreams and programs.
Strong communication skills and the ability to examine, synthesize, and present process updates to various internal stakeholders.
Experience working in cross-functional teams. Must be highly collaborative with strong interpersonal skills.
Motivated to set and achieve goals and take initiative within the workplace, specifically regarding operational excellence.
Proactive, thorough, and transparent.
Comfortable working in ambiguous environments with strong critical thinking and problem solving skills.
The approximate annual base compensation range is $78,500 to $111,500. The actual offer, reflecting the total compensation package and benefits, will be determined by a number of factors including the applicant's experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities, geography, as well as internal equity among our team.
