Broadridge is hiring! We’re seeking an Associate- DTC Settlements to provides outsourced operational/transactional business process support for clients.
Responsibilities
Ensures quality service and operational performance within the parameters of both the client needs and contract.
support for routine "back office" processes, data entry, order and application processing, document verification, accounting support and preparing mailings
Daily functions will include

DK’s
Free receives
Resolve DVP/RVP differences
SPO processing
Pair offs as required – directed by M/O and counterparty interaction
EOD Balancing and Funding
Buy-in processing
Fail Control & Reporting
FINRA Extension filing
RegSho 204 Reporting
Obligation Warehouse activities including Recaps
Stock & Cash breaks reconciliation
New Issue processing– Strictly settlement processing and fails management
ETF Settlement Processing
Deposit and Withdrawal at Custodian (DWAC) for Buybacks and Conversions
Qualifications
1+ years of client support experience
Experience working in a corporate environment
Experience working with MS-Office
DTC Settlements experience is a plus
Experience working with Broadridge products is a plus
Bachelor’s degree
Compensation Range: The salary range for this position is between $28/hr-$33/hr. Broadridge considers various factors when evaluating a candidate's final salary including, but not limited to, relevant experience, skills, and education.
