Associate-DTC Settlements (Hybrid)

Broadridge is hiring! We’re seeking an Associate- DTC Settlements to provides outsourced operational/transactional business process support for clients.

Responsibilities

  • Ensures quality service and operational performance within the parameters of both the client needs and contract.

  • support for routine "back office" processes, data entry, order and application processing, document verification, accounting support and preparing mailings

Daily functions will include

  • RAD Management

  • DK’s

  • Free receives

  • Resolve DVP/RVP differences

  • SPO processing

  • Pair offs as required – directed by M/O and counterparty interaction

  • EOD Balancing and Funding

  • Buy-in processing

  • Fail Control & Reporting

  • FINRA Extension filing

  • RegSho 204 Reporting

  • Obligation Warehouse activities including Recaps

  • Stock & Cash breaks reconciliation

  • New Issue processing– Strictly settlement processing and fails management

  • ETF Settlement Processing

  • Deposit and Withdrawal at Custodian (DWAC) for Buybacks and Conversions

Qualifications

  • 1+ years of client support experience

  • Experience working in a corporate environment

  • Experience working with MS-Office

  • DTC Settlements experience is a plus

  • Experience working with Broadridge products is a plus

  • Bachelor’s degree

Compensation Range: The salary range for this position is between $28/hr-$33/hr. Broadridge considers various factors when evaluating a candidate's final salary including, but not limited to, relevant experience, skills, and education.
