Job Description:

Broker Service & Relationship Management

  • Lead and oversee day‑to‑day broker service operations, including broker communications, licensing administration, CPD enrolment/support, courier coordination, and related administrative services.
  • Act as the primary escalation point for broker service issues, ensuring timely resolution and consistent service standards.
  • Own and oversee the full broker sales journey, from initial broker sales engagement through to policy issuance.
  • Strengthen overall broker experience through clear processes, defined service levels, and proactive engagement.

New Business, Sales Support & Case Management

  • Manage end‑to‑end new business and sales support activities, including document checking to ensure completeness, accuracy, and compliance with company standards.
  • Coordinate closely with underwriting and internal stakeholders to support brokers throughout the underwriting process, including follow‑ups and issue resolution.
  • Own and oversee the full broker sales journey, from initial broker sales engagement through to policy issuance.
  • Partner with Business Development Managers (BDMs) to support complex or non‑standard cases, working with Compliance to achieve practical, compliant, and business‑aligned outcomes.
  • Ensure efficient handling of new business cases to support business growth, turnaround time, and policy issuance targets.

People Leadership, Stakeholder Management & Governance

  • Lead, coach, and develop teams across broker service and sales support functions, fostering a high‑performance and customer‑centric culture.
  • Manage cross‑functional relationships with internal stakeholders including Customer Service, Cashier, Underwriting, Policy Services, Compliance, IT, Marketing, Product, Pricing, and Distribution teams.
  • Oversee management reporting, expense tracking, and operational performance metrics; provide insights and recommendations to senior management to support decision‑making and business planning.

Ownership of End‑to‑End Broker Sales Operation Workflow

  • Identify process gaps, clarify roles and responsibilities, and standardize the process to optimize efficiency, transparency, and control.
  • Ensure seamless hand‑offs and alignment across Sales, Underwriting, Cashier, Customer Service, and Policy Services teams.
  • Support the continuous process enhancement initiatives and digitalization process

Qualifications & Preferred Skills

  • Bachelor degree holder
  • Min. 8 years experience in partnership distribution/ brokerage channels
  • Strong interpersonal and problem solving skills
  • Strong organizing and management skills
  • Strong communication skills
  • Good written and spoken English/ Chinese and Cantonese
  • Good business sense with client-centric mindset and winning attitude
