SAP Roles and Authorizations Consultant

N-iX is looking for a Senior SAP Authorizations/Roles Consultant to join our team.

Our client is one of the largest banks across Ukraine with headquarters in the EU. They specialize in bank services for businesses and individuals in Ukraine and Europe.

Responsibilities:

• Gather, analyze, and document roles and authorizations from multiple SAP Landscapes, including AM, BS, and ECC.
• Develop the Auth/Roles Concept and documentation.
• Identify areas for process improvement and provide actionable recommendations.
• Facilitate workshops and meetings with stakeholders.
• Support project delivery by monitoring progress and assisting in issue resolution.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, or related field.
• Proven experience as  SAP Auth./ Basis Consultant or similar role.
• Strong understanding of the authorization concept across SAP ERP environments.
• Experience with tools such as Jira, Confluence, or similar is a plus.
• Excellent communication.
• Analytical mindset with problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work with big datasets (SAP environments contain 10000+ roles and authentication to work with).

• SAP Basis experience overall
• SAP Certifications
