About the Role
To architect and implement systematic leadership development ecosystems and lead data-driven talent management strategies that align organisational capabilities with business imperatives, ensuring sustainable and high-quality leadership pipeline across the organisation. Roles and Responsibilities
Conduct research of industrial best practice and emerging talent management methodologies, and synthesize with internal framework and programmes for continuous optimisation
Develop, iterate and implement end-to-end leadership management framework, including in-role, promotion, deployment management, as well as designing and implementing relevant process and policy
Build and implement systematic assessment centers for leadership roles across different tiers to support key decision-making in talent management
Conduct Organisation People Review (OPR) on critical positions to identify succession pipeline by collaborating with business leaders and HRBPs
Craft and implement tailored development plan for identified critical talents post succession pipeline identification process, and monitor the execution of tailored development plans on regular basis
Based on business strategic demand and current talent pipeline status, conduct annual talent planning on critical positions by utilizing people analytics
Develop, deploy and operate integrated talent management system to support the operationalization of talent management mechanisms and process
Act as the contact point of Talent Management & Development, provide necessary COE solutions and expertise support to CHO and Branch HRBPs in customised talent management projects, as well as collaborating with HRBPs on other talent management practices
Complete other tasks assigned by the people manager
Minimum Job Requirements:
Top-tier consulting firm and corporate experience required
10 years and above of proven leadership development/talent management/learning and development experience
Excellent business acumen as well as business-oriented mindset
Strong structural thinking and critical thinking capabilities
Strong communication skills and interpersonal skills to directly communicate with senior stakeholders
Proven experience on facilitating change with strong Project Management capabilities
Fast learner with curiosity and innovative ideas
Excellent business writing in both English and Chinese
