Location: Vacaville, California
Perform or oversee all duties to ensure that the Master Production Schedule (MPS) is developed, updated, endorsed, and published based on Sales and Operations (S&OP) cycle inputs (demand, capacity, CAPEX, Financial assessment, Management Review). Liaise with all key functions to ensure S&OP inputs are received in a timely fashion in order to facilitate Site Leadership Team (SLT) endorsement and report to Platform S&OP.

What you will do
Facilitate the monthly site-level Sales and Operations Planning (S&OP) process and lead the Management Business Review (MBR) for the Site Head.
Develop and propose optimized supply plans to the Senior Leadership Team (SLT) based on customer forecasts, production assumptions, and site objectives.
Manage Rough Cut Capacity Planning (RCCP) and resource planning across tactical and strategic horizons to optimize long-term asset utilization.
Monitor site-level execution of the approved production plan, ensuring alignment between actual output and scheduled targets.
Coordinate with asset owners and stakeholders to resolve capacity conflicts, identify production slots, and track risk mitigation actions.
Maintain a two-year demand horizon in SAP at the "freeze order" level while documenting production cycle times to ensure plan feasibility.
Collaborate with the broader network to drive process improvements and publish production plans in harmonized formats to meet site and customer needs.
What we are looking for
Bachelor’s degree in Lifesciences.
Minimum 10+ years of experience in Supply Chain Management, Procurement and/ or Buying Planning, Category management in pharmaceutical/ other industry.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to analyze and report metrics (KPI’s) and identify issues through root cause analysis.
Excellent communication and presentation skills; competent using MS Office suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
Ability to utilize Business Intelligence systems to extract data and generate reports
CPIM Certification preferred.
