The Role

Are you a mastermind when it comes to software architecture and design? Do you have a passion for integrating innovative SaaS solutions that are ahead of the curve? If so, we have the perfect role for you.

We are seeking an experienced IT Solution Architect to lead the design, integration, and evolution of our enterprise virtual assistant. This role will focus on the Moveworks platform as a core capability, integrating it with enterprise systems such as Workday, Concur, ServiceNow and other enterprise technologies to automate support workflows and improving employee experience, helping mature operational practices and expand AI-driven capabilities such as recommendations, translation, and transcription.  The architect will continuously evaluate SaaS product roadmaps, adopting new platform features and AI innovations to maximize value and scalability across the environment.

As a Solution Architect, you will translate business and operational needs into secure, scalable technical architectures, guiding implementation strategies and ensuring seamless integration across identity platforms, collaboration tools, and service management systems. You will partner closely with IT operations, service owners, and business stakeholders to define use cases, establish governance, and drive adoption of conversational AI and automation. Strong communication skills, experience with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, or GCP), and a proven ability to deliver enterprise-grade AI and automation solutions at scale are essential for success in this role.

In this role, you will provide technical leadership across design and delivery, including architecture reviews, solution standards, and hands-on guidance to application development and platform teams. You will ensure consistent, enterprise-wide design principles while balancing innovation, security, and operational reliability. By aligning technical solutions with business objectives, you will help ensure initiatives deliver measurable improvements in efficiency, support outcomes, and overall digital employee experience.
