This is what you will do:
The purpose of this role is to be the agile business Product Owner of the Patient CRM using an Agile framework within Commercial Business Operations. The Patient CRM Associate Director will focus on maximizing the value delivered to the user by the Agile CRM team, ensuring features align with the roadmap, business strategies and objectives. The Patient CRM Associate Director will strategically guide the product development to achieve the product vision – from providing clear requirements to the developers to proactively collaborating with the Business Owners and other stakeholders to gain alignment on enhancements and new capabilities. As a Product Owner, the Patient CRM Associate Director has an integral role on the agile team, ensuring that the implemented solution supports the needs of the cross functional business stakeholders in an efficient and scalable manner. The Patient CRM Associate Director is responsible for continuously evaluating the product and prioritizing the product backlog based on evolving business needs, dependencies, scope, budget and time. The ideal candidate must be solution-oriented, comfortable navigating in a fast-paced, flexible agile environment and pivot accordingly.

Define and communicate product vision, goals, and Patient CRM roadmap to delivery teams and stakeholders aligning business objectives, regulatory and security requirements, and user needs
Own and manage the Patient CRM product backlog, ensuring features are prioritized based on customer value and business impact
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to refine requirements and deliver product increments
Translate epics into features and user stories with actionable chunks of value for the development team to execute on
Design efficient and scalable processes taking into consideration the current business processes, system quality, efficiency, security and data privacy
Have knowledge of software development lifecycles and user experience (UX) principles.
Lead sprint planning, sprint refinement and set stakeholder expectations for delivery of new functionalities
Represent the business needs during backlog refinement and sprint planning and ensuring clear communication between business and IT
Lead UAT planning and execution and validating outcomes against business requirements
Own release readiness decisions; review UAT results, risk/impact assessments, and rollout plans to formally approve what is released to production and when
Mitigate impediments impacting successful completion of Release/Sprint Goals
Partner with IT in the development and release of ongoing system enhancements
Own the value stream map for the product and identify areas of process waste and constraints
Mentor and support junior Product team members and promote product thinking within the team
Use customer and market insights to inform product decisions and iterate on features
Measure and report on product performance and success metrics
You will need to have:
BA/BS degree and relevant experience in pharmaceuticals/biotech
6+ years successful experience with Salesforce.com projects and data integrations
In-depth knowledge of Agile product development and backlog management
Proven ability to translate customer needs into clear, actionable features and user stories in the appropriate format
Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
Effective communication and stakeholder engagement abilities
Experience balancing competing priorities to deliver business value
Familiarity with product metrics and value measurement
The duties of this role are generally conducted in an office environment. Experience working as a Product Owner/Product Manager in Rare Disease Patient Services
Agile Product Manager/Product Owner certified
Knowledge of Salesforce Healthcloud and/or Salesforce LifeScience cloud is a plus

Annual base salary for this position ranges from 135,324.00 to 177,612.75.AstraZeneca is committed to providing fair and equitable compensation opportunities to all colleagues. Our compensation policies and practices have been designed to allow colleagues to progress through the salary range over time as they progress in their role. The range provided in this posting represents an offer pay range used in a majority of situations. The base pay offered will vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including the candidate's skills and experience, job-related knowledge, and other specific business and organizational needs. In some cases, offers outside the range may also be considered to address unique circumstances.
