Rockstar New York is seeking an Associate Director of Creator Management to coordinate and lead Creator campaigns. We are looking for a creative strategist who is knowledgeable about Creator platforms and tools, social media, and Rockstar titles. 

This is a full-time, in-office position based out of Rockstar’s NYC headquarters in Downtown Manhattan. 

WHAT WE DO
  • The Rockstar Games Creator Management Team grow and engage Creators and the broader player community. 
  • We craft public-facing messaging for distribution across all social media platforms, including the Rockstar Newswire. 
  • We collate community feedback and activity, creating and delivering sentiment analysis to key internal teams and collaborators. 
RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Lead organic and paid Creator efforts across all Rockstar Games products. 
  • Develop documentation and implement strategic plans aimed at promoting and growing the Rockstar Games Creator community. 
  • Present strategic proposals, project outlines, and outcomes to leadership. 
  • Work with cross-functional teams to align Creator campaigns with broader marketing goals and other internal initiatives. 
  • Serve as a point of contact for Creators. 
  • Constantly be on the lookout for ways to nurture, engage and grow our Creator community. 
  • Participate in internal play sessions, brainstorms, and meetings. 
REQUIREMENTS
  • 5+ years professional experience managing Creator relationships and initiatives. 
  • Working knowledge of leading social media platforms (X, Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, TikTok). 
  • BA/BS degree. 
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.  
  • Excellent organizational skills. 
  • Strong ability to organize and prioritize workload, handling multiple projects simultaneously.  
  • Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and take initiative.  
  • Passion for video games and community engagement. 
PLUSES

  • Fluency in another language beyond English desirable but not essential. 
  • Experience with project management tools (Monday.com).

The pay range for this position in New York State (inclusive of New York City) at the start of employment is expected to be between the range below* per year. However, base pay offered is based on market location, and may vary further depending on individualized factors for job candidates, such as job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and other objective business considerations. Subject to those same considerations, the total compensation package for this position may also include other elements, including a bonus and/or equity awards, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits. Details of participation in these benefit plans will be provided if an employee receives an offer of employment. If hired, employee will be in an "at-will position" and the company reserves the right to modify base salary (as well as any other discretionary payment or compensation or benefit program) at any time, including for reasons related to individual performance, company or individual department/team performance, and market factors.
