Reporting to the Director of North America Integration, the Associate Director of Media Deployment and National / Retail Media Integration will be responsible for assessing existing capabilities and preparing to integrate Kimberly-Clark’s North America’s Omnichannel business with Kenvue’s business while driving continued development of our retail media capabilities. They will lead the integration of national media strategy with retail media for the combined company. The Associate Director will partner closely with leaders across the North America Integration Management Office, Brand Management, Omnichannel Commerce, Sales, and Marketing.

Job responsibilities include:

  • National to Retail Media Integration:  

  • Evaluate existing National/Retail media capabilities across both Kimberly-Clark and Kenvue organizations with opportunity identification across: 

  • Media orchestration: Designing go-forward process to connect national media campaigns to retail media ecosystems 

  • Aligned planning: Developing the scalable joint frameworks and processes to align planning processes across Kimberly-Clark and Kenvue 

  • National Media to PDP click through: Assessing current state across both organizations and identifying opportunities to execute post-close  

  • Operating model:  

  • Evaluate and identify improvement opportunities to current operating model across the Marketing organization, with agency partners, and within the Digital Commerce organization 

  • Develop harmonized processes to run as one team in future state 

  • Perform Analyses to Identify Acceleration Opportunities: 

  • Lead analyses to identify opportunities to improve eCommerce growth through operating model enhancements and adjustments to national to retail tactics 

  • Assess past campaigns from both organizations to develop post-close playbook 

  • Build Organizational Capabilities: Lead capability build across Media Deployment and National to Retail Integration topics 

  • Lead the development of capabilities across the organization through frameworks, tools, and data adoption 

  • Partner with other Digital Commerce team members at KC and Kenvue to understand current state and develop training for post-close Digital Commerce execution 

To succeed in this role, you will need the following qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree required, MBA or advanced degree preferred 

  • 7+ years of experience in highly analytical roles, including Media, Integrated Marketing, Corporate Strategy, or Management Consulting roles 

  • Direct experience at a CPG, leading agency, or retailer leading Media or eCommerce teams; experience in Retail Media Strategy and Omnichannel Marketing preferred 

  • Proven experience in building high-performing teams that develop strong partnerships with stakeholders and encourage professional growth 

  • Demonstrated success in driving business results through objective and fact-based analysis

Salary Range: 173,400 – 214,200 USD

 

At Kimberly-Clark, pay is just one aspect of our total rewards package, which also includes a variety of benefits and opportunities to achieve, thrive and grow. Along with base pay, this position offers eligibility for a target bonus and a comprehensive benefits suite, including our 401(k) and Profit Sharing plan. The anticipated base pay range for this role is provided above for a fully qualified hire. Actual pay will depend on several factors, such as location, role, skills, performance, and experience. Please note that the stated pay range applies to US locations only.
