Project Manager

Skillsoft Global Knowledge is seeking an experienced Project Manager to be responsible for planning, executing, and delivering projects successfully in alignment with business objectives, stakeholder expectations, and organizational governance standards. This role ensures projects are delivered on time, within scope and budget, while maintaining high quality and risk control. In this role, you will have the opportunity to work closely with clients, internal teams, and partners to coordinate resources, manage dependencies, and proactively address challenges, acting as a single point of accountability throughout the project lifecycle. Through strong leadership, structured execution, and continuous improvement, the Project Manager supports operational excellence and delivers measurable business value. Fluency in Dutch and English is essential for this position. 

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for end-to-end project delivery, ensuring scope, schedule, cost, and quality objectives are met in line with organizational standards.
• Manage project plans, resources, risks, and dependencies to ensure timely and successful execution across all phases of the project lifecycle.
• Work with internal teams, vendors, and stakeholders to define requirements, align expectations, and resolve delivery challenges.
• Identify project risks, issues, and improvement opportunities, escalating proactively and implementing corrective actions where needed.
• Stay informed of industry trends, project management best practices, and emerging tools to continuously improve delivery and address market-specific challenges.
• Recommend process enhancements, tools, or methodologies to improve efficiency, governance, and project outcomes.
• Use in-depth knowledge of company solutions, technologies, and services to act as a trusted advisor to clients and internal stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with governance, reporting, and documentation standards, including status reporting, RAID logs, and lessons learned.

Skills & Qualification Requirements

• 2+ years of professional Project Management experience with a Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Business Administration, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Fluency in Dutch and English is essential.
• Strong knowledge of project management methodologies, tools, and best practices across the full project lifecycle.
• Proven ability to manage scope, schedule, budget, risks, and dependencies effectively.
• Experience preparing and maintaining project documentation, including project plans, status reports, RAID logs, and change requests.
• Polished communication skills & experience in stakeholder Management, with robust Analytical & Problem-Solving Skills
