The following position is to join RTX:

Enterprise Services (ES) has an exciting HR Business Partner role. This dynamic and fast-paced role will be responsible for leading HR initiatives supporting the Enterprise Services Digital Infrastructure team across multiple locations in the U.S and International sites. The position provides leadership on various Human Resources initiatives surrounding employee engagement, leadership effectiveness, talent acquisition and development, compensation, and employee relations. 

In this role, you will operate independently and in partnership with the Enterprise Services and Business Unit Digital Technology HR Leadership team to drive consistency, integration, and communication. This position will also work on key priorities and initiatives as part of the broader Enterprise Services HR team. 

What You Will Do

  • Partner with client groups in a complex matrix and fast-paced environment with both domestic and international employees and leaders, balancing competing priorities and engaging appropriate stakeholders.
  • Partner with business leaders to meet organizational objectives, including org design and transformation activities, talent management, organization development (change management, leader effectiveness, succession planning), and employee engagement.
  • Proactively engage to lead and / or support strategic initiatives in support of oneRTX business transformation efforts, talent planning objectives and optimization efforts.
  • Partner with Enterprise HR and Corporate teams, HR Centers of Excellence and the People Services organization to implement program strategies to support the long-term business goals and objectives of the organization.
  • Ensure proper staffing levels, infuse talent into the organization and improve bench strength.
  • Counsel employees and leaders on performance development, career planning, talent development and other topics.
  • Drive the coordination and completion of talent reviews, associated talent calibration activities and associated action plans within their client group. 
  • Lead and execute foundational HR processes: performance development, change management, succession planning, staffing, employee relations, salary planning, and incentive compensation.
  • Proactively partner with the organization to evolve talent strategies in all aspects of organizational health, including engagement, culture, organizational design, workforce planning, skill & leadership deployment, attraction and retention in support of current and future business needs.
  • Objectively assess and bring to resolution employee relations issues and work with appropriate organizational stakeholders.
  • Participate and collaborate as an integral part of the Enterprise Services HR team. Develop and lead HR projects that encompass both domestic and international locations.  Participate in and promote a collaborative team environment by working with the HR organization and other organizations.
  • Travel up to 20% of the time, domestic and possibly international.


Qualifications You Must Have

  • Typically requires a Bachelor's Degree in the appropriate discipline and 12 years of experience in an HR role, specifically Business Partner or Generalist or an Advanced Degree in the appropriate discipline and 10 years of relevant experience.
  • Experience working in a complex matrix environment. ​

  • Strong analytical skills to draw appropriate conclusions, anticipating level 2 and level 3 implications to drive the right outcomes.


Location

  • Hybrid from one of the major Enterprise Services hubs: Northeast (Farmington, CT, or Andover, MA); Richardson, Texas or Tucson, Arizona.
  • Hybrid employees work both onsite and offsite regularly.

The salary range for this role is 157,200 USD - 298,800 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate’s work experience, location, education/training, and key skills.

Payments under these annual programs are not guaranteed and are dependent upon a variety of factors including, but not limited to, individual performance, business unit performance, and/or the company’s performance.

This role is a U.S.-based role. If the successful candidate resides in a U.S. territory, the appropriate pay structure and benefits will apply.
