Job Description
PURPOSE
This position is responsible for recruiting, developing new General Agencies and maintain the existing GAs to enhance their operations & performance in the assigned territory.
KEY ACCOUNTAIBILITIES
Recruit potential GAD candidates from external sources and assist them throughout the interview and new GA office set-up processes.
Provide guidance for their existing GADs and GAD candidates about all matters related to GA Development Policies and GA Terms & Conditions.
Provide training and coaching to existing GAD and their Agency Leaders to improve effectiveness of operations.
Provide consultancy for GA candidate to help them can be qualified for signing GA contracts and successful with FWD Vietnam.
Work with the Sales Management, GA management Team in the assigned area on GA Development Plan & Strategy
Gather constructive feedback from GADs, GAD candidates and Sales Management Team to make recommendations to Head of GA/ GA Management Team about GA policies and processes.
Other tasks assigned.
QUALIFICATIONS / EXPERIENCE
University Degree
10 years Insurance/ Finance experience
At least 8 years experience working as sales management position in Life Insurance
Experience in other channel sales, sales training or customer service is an advantage.
KNOWLEDGE & TECHNICAL SKILLS
Have the ability to attract, influence, retain and develop GA Directors and GA agency workforce.
Good of agency distribution from end-to-end process / market trend
Good organizational skills
Good computer skills (especially Excel and PowerPoint)
