Associate Director, ERP IT Product Lead (Oracle Fusion)

We are seeking an experienced Oracle Record-to-Report (R2R) IT Product Lead to drive the design, implementation, optimization, and support of Oracle Fusion Cloud Financials as part of our ERP modernization program. This role acts as the bridge between Finance and SI Partner - translating complex accounting and reporting requirements into scalable Oracle Cloud solutions that strengthen financial operations, compliance, and global process consistency.

In this role, a typical day might include the following:

  • Serve as the functional Product Lead for all Oracle Cloud R2R modules including GL, AP, AR, FA, Cash Management, Tax, Intercompany, Lease Accounting, Sub Ledger Accounting, Project Accounting and Accounting Hub.
  • Translate complex financial and accounting requirements into scalable Oracle Cloud functional designs aligned with enterprise standards.
  • Lead the enterprise Chart of Accounts (COA) redesign including structure, mapping rules, governance, global harmonization, and cross-functional alignment.
  • Review and challenge SI partner design proposals to ensure alignment with Oracle best practices, future-state scalability, and program strategy.
  • Ensure all R2R processes adhere to financial governance standards, accounting policies, SOX controls, internal controls, and audit requirements.
  • Provide oversight and expertise for Collaboration Billing and related financial accounting flows, ensuring accurate subledger and intercompany processing.
  • Lead the validation of R2R functional designs through SIT, UAT, regression testing, quarterly patch testing, and financial close mock cycles.
  • Oversee R2R data migration including journals, balances, AP/AR transactions, fixed assets, leases, and project financials conversions; ensure precise reconciliations.

This Job Might Be For You If You Have: :

  • Strong functional expertise across Oracle Cloud R2R (GL, FA, AP, AR, Tax, SLA, Intercompany, Accounting Hub) modules and financial accounting processes.
  • Deep experience with Chart of Accounts redesign, accounting rule configuration, financial close, and reconciliation processes.
  • Strong knowledge of upstream/downstream impacts across P2P, O2C, Plan-to-Make, and Project operations.
  • Experience with OCR/AP automation, Concur/iExpenses, global e-invoicing, and bank integrations.
  • Proficiency with Oracle reporting tools (OTBI, BI Publisher, FDI, FRS, Smart View).

To be considered for this role, you must have: :

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field (Master’s preferred).
  • 15+ years of hands-on ERP financial systems experience, with 10+ years in Oracle Fusion Cloud Financials preferred.
  • Proven experience leading global or multi-entity Oracle Financials implementations, upgrades, or financial transformation programs.
  • Strong understanding of financial operations, accounting principles, SOX/internal controls, and regulatory requirements.
  • Experience with COA redesign, collaboration billing, financial close optimization, consolidations, Tax, Intercompany accounting, lease accounting and project accounting.

Salary Range (annually)

$157,200.00 - $256,600.00
