About the Role:
Responsible for serving as both a Corporate Account Manager and team leader. As a Corporate Account Manager, responsible for education and promotion of Neurocrine's products and related disease states to assigned corporate accounts. In addition, this role will be accountable for leading and directing a team within the Corporate Account department. Accountable to revenue goal as well as other key business and leadership objectives.

Your Contributions (include, but are not limited to):
- Leads assigned corporate accounts and coaches team to execute business engagement plans, build relationships and drive appropriate diagnosis and product use
- Implements strategic plans for identifying, segmenting, profiling, building and expanding relationships with assigned and team's corporate accounts.
- Oversees the assessment, expansion and development of assigned and team's corporate accounts, provides customer service, and drives appropriate diagnosis and product use
- Develops assigned corporate account's business plans and initiatives and drives the development of the team's business plans and initiatives related to product and/or disease state programs to support sales in all corporate accounts
- Identifies key decision makers and initiates opportunities to engage with Neurocrine for assigned corporate accounts and leads team by modeling approach to build a high performing team
- Creates compelling customer analysis presentations from market intelligence partnering with various internal departments such as HEOR, Market Access, Field Medical, Public & State Policy, Advocacy, Marketing and Sales
- Conducts regular business review sessions with Director for team's assigned corporate accounts to understand state of the relationships, business and keeping team focused on meeting their goals
- Other duties as assigned
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, or related Scientific Field AND 10+ years of sales experience in the Biotech/Pharmaceutical industry preferrably focused in therapeutics areas related to behavioral health with significant experience as a corporate account manager strongly preferred. Experience selling to IDNs, Academic Hospital Centers, Community Hospitals, Behavioral Health Systems, government agencies, Corrections Facilities or similar B2B environments. Successful track record of identifying, establishing and fostering strong and long-term customer relationships. OR
- Master's degree AND 8+ years of similar experience noted above
- Emerging as an internal thought leader with technical and/or business expertise
- Applies in-depth knowledge of own area of expertise to solve problems
- Applies in-depth understanding and may guide others on how own discipline integrates within the department as well as impact to other departments and understands contribution to Neurocrine's achievement of business objectives
- Demonstrated relationship management skills
- Good understanding of legal and regulatory frameworks for promotion, pharma industry guidelines and compliance issues
- Proven ability to build relationships with organized customers such as integrated delivery networks (IDN’s), Academic Hospitals Centers, Community Hospitals, Behavioral Health Systems, corrections facilities or similar B2Bs
- Creative ability in developing business plans and solutions and in presenting innovative solutions to customers
- Proven ability to influence Corporate C & D Suite Leaders and top clinical decision makers
- Thorough understanding of multiple interdependencies within an account, consider processes, customer treatment goals and needs, and maximize account performance by aligning appropriate solutions, messaging, and stakeholders

The annual base salary we reasonably expect to pay is $185,400.00-$253,000.00. Individual pay decisions depend on various factors, such as primary work location, complexity and responsibility of role, job duties/requirements, and relevant experience and skills. In addition, this position offers an annual bonus with a target of 30% of the earned base salary and eligibility to participate in our equity based long term incentive program. Benefits offered include a retirement savings plan (with company match), paid vacation, holiday and personal days, paid caregiver/parental and medical leave, and health benefits to include medical, prescription drug, dental and vision coverage in accordance with the terms and conditions of the applicable plans.
