Associate Dining Room Attendant

Your Journey  

  • Open, close, and maintain the daily operations of the associate dining room and adhering to cleaning and safety standards. 

  • Provide nutritional meals in a quick and friendly manner, preparing cold food items for the salad bar; restocking cold and hot foods, beverages, and dishes as needed 

  • Ensure tables, chairs, other furniture and/or equipment (i.e., refrigerator) is set-up and clean upon opening and maintained throughout the dining experience and upcoming shifts 

  • Deliver on guests’ expectations and have the desire to create WOW moments 

  • Perform additional duties as assigned that may be outside the scope of duties, based on business needs

Must Haves  

  • Ability to work a flexible schedule including weekends and holidays 

  • Basic communication skills

Physical Requirements  

  • Grasping, holding, sitting, walking, repetitive motions, bending over 

  • Ability to stand and exercise mobility for extended periods of time during your scheduled shift 

  • Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds regularly and for extended periods during the shift 

  • Ability to push and pull food serving equipment and carts weighing up to 200 pounds on a semi - regular basis 

  • Most work tasks are performed indoors. Temperature is moderate and controlled by hotel environmental systems; however, must be able to work in extreme temperatures like freezers (-10°F) and kitchens (+110°F).

The pay scale for Associate Dining Room Attendant is $19.50 per hour.


The pay scale is the base salary or hourly wage range, exclusive of incentive pay such as commissions, piece rates, gratuities, and the like, that Pendry reasonably expects to pay for the position.
