We’re seeking for a Junior Analyst in Western Union Digital Review Team, based in Vilnius, Lithuania office. In this role, you will be a part of the team who analyzes digital money transfers and prevents fraudulent activity. 

 

Role Responsibilities

·       Analyze digital money transfers to make sure that no fraudulent activity is involved.

·       Communicate with Western Union customers to verify details regarding specific money transfer (incoming/outgoing calls, emails).

·       Review documents provided by customers to verify their Western Union profile.

·       Decide when to escalate a case or to proceed with the regular handling procedures.

·       Leading or being involved in department-related initiatives.

·       Serve our global customers in English and (additional) language.

·       Attend initial training thoroughly and pass all the required assessments.

 

Role Requirements

·       Fluency in English with outstanding verbal, written and listening skills is mandatory.

·       Fluency in German with outstanding verbal, written and listening skills is mandatory.

·       Customer service experience would be considered an advantage.

·       A college degree is highly preferred.

·       Strong communication skills together with customer-oriented mindset.

·       Independent decision-making with high attention to detail and problem-solving skills.

·       Ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks simultaneously.

·       Computer literacy.

·       Willingness to work in rotating shifts (including weekends and holidays).
