About Flutter Functions
The Flutter Functions division is a key component of Flutter Entertainment, responsible for providing essential support and services across the organization. The division encompasses various corporate functions, including finance, legal, human resources, technology, and more, ensuring seamless operations and strategic alignment throughout the company.
Role Overview:
• We are looking for an Associate Delivery Lead to support Business Systems deliverables and assist in the delivery of Business systems projects across our global organization.

• The successful candidate will support the delivery of projects, including Workday HR systems projects, working closely with Product Owners, Tech Assurance teams, and stakeholders to ensure successful project coordination and execution.
• This role offers hands-on experience in Business Systems Technology delivery, providing exposure to both Waterfall and Agile methodologies while building expertise in Workday and other Business systems.
Key Accountabilities & Responsibilities:
Project Support & Coordination:
• Support the delivery of global requests for Workday Core HR, Time and Absence, Benefits, Compensation, Payroll and Learning
• Assist in coordinating project activities through implementation, build, test, and support phases
• Track project progress and maintain project documentation in Jira and other collaboration tools
Stakeholder Communication:
• Maintain regular communication with request stakeholders throughout the organization (HR, IT, etc.)
• Support Product Owners in gathering requirements and understanding technical dependencies
• Participate in stakeholder meetings and document key decisions and action items
Team Collaboration:
• Work closely with Tech Assurance team members and Product Owners to support project delivery
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth project execution
• Contribute to building positive team morale and collaborative working environment
Process & Documentation:
• Create, manage and maintain relevant project documentation
• Support incident tracking and ensure issues are logged and communicated appropriately
• Assist in reporting project status, risks, and delivery timelines using Jira
Learning & Development:
• Develop understanding of both Waterfall and Agile/Scrum delivery methodologies
• Learn Workday configuration including business processes, integrations, and security
• Build knowledge of HR Technology best practices and operational standards
Administrative Support:
• Coordinate with IT managers on employee support matters including equipment and scheduling
• Assist with resource planning and team coordination activities
• Perform other duties as assigned and modified at the manager's discretion
Skills, Capabilities & Experience Required:
• Good understanding of the core concepts of agile development and project management methodologies
• Working knowledge of JIRA, JSM (Jira Service Management), Slack, Trello or similar collaboration and project management tools
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite products, including SharePoint, Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
• Good written and verbal communication skills in English
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment and support colleagues
• Organised with strong attention to detail
• Proactive and self-motivated with the ability to work with moderate supervision
• Exposure to Workday or other HRIS platforms (Workday Core HR, integrations, business processes)
• Experience working with global or distributed teams
• Developing critical thinking and problem-solving abilities
• Understanding of project management frameworks (Waterfall, Agile/Scrum)
• Familiarity with incident and change management processes
• Basic understanding of defect tracking and testing processes
• Interest in developing technical program management skills
• Eager to learn and develop HR Technology expertise
