Loads network data into I-Network (Network Data Management and Exchange System). Performs Data Quality analysis of network data. Responsible for evaluation of leased load logs provided by Clients and provide to the appropriate network with the requested update reports. Reports findings and suggested actions to management. Provides daily support to Business Development and National Accounts to maintain current customer accounts and assist with acquiring new accounts.

Responsibilities

  • Loads Leased Network data into I-Network.
  • Maintains Network Data in I-Network.
  • Responsible for evaluation of leased load logs provided by Clients and provider to the appropriate network with the requested update reports. Reports findings and suggested actions to management.
  • Assist with Leased Partner data integration management of I-Network by loading files and working error correction reports. 
  • Creates and oversees completion of service tickets for data quality management. 
  • Supports SFTP site for client use.  Monitor Client activity, access, passwords, and notifications.
  • Assists Data Specialist and Sr. Data Specialist with projects.
  • Acts as a backup for network reporting requests.

Requirements

  • Requires a high school diploma or equivalent.
  • Requires 2 years of provider data management.
  • Requires the ability to work collaboratively with internal team members, vendor team members and client teams’ members.
  • Requires effective verbal, written and interpersonal skills and the ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment.
  • Requires expert knowledge of Microsoft Office applications including Excel and Access.

Work-at-home requirements

  • Must have the ability to provide a non-cellular High Speed Internet Service such as Fiber, DSL, or cable Modems for a home office.
  • A minimum standard speed for optimal performance of 30x5 (30mpbs download x 5mpbs upload) is required.
  • Latency (ping) response time lower than 80 ms
  • Hotspots, satellite and wireless internet service is NOT allowed for this role.
  • A dedicated space lacking ongoing interruptions to protect member PHI / HIPAA information

The hiring range for this position is $53,286 - $67,410 USD. At G.E.H.A, the current maximum salary for this role is $75,114 USD. While initial compensation may vary based on experience and qualifications, there is a path to work toward this top rate through performance and continued growth within the organization.
