Job Description

We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused Associate – Customer Acquisition to join our team. In this role, you’ll be the first point of contact for prospective customers, helping to identify their needs, introduce relevant cloud-based solutions, and set the stage for long-term relationships.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the first point of contact for potential customers, creating a positive and professional first impression
  • Engage with small and medium-sized businesses across industries to understand their goals and recommend suitable solutions
  • Manage the early stages of the sales process from lead qualification to hand-off to solution specialists or partners
  • Use tools like email, phone, video, and chat to communicate effectively and build strong customer connections
  • Identify and qualify leads using methods like BANT (Budget, Authority, Need, Timeline)
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth transitions and customer satisfaction
  • Capture customer feedback and share insights to help improve processes and offerings
  • Stay updated on industry trends and product knowledge to confidently position solutions
  • ANZ market experience is appreciated.

Requirement

  • High school diploma required; Bachelor's degree preferred
  • 1–2 years of experience in sales, customer service, or account management (IT industry experience a plus)
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Familiarity with CRM tools such as Salesforce or Dynamics 365 is preferred
  • A positive, self-driven attitude with the ability to work independently
  • Quick learner with a passion for technology and helping customers
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Willingness to take initiative, meet targets, and work in a fast-paced environment

Other information:

  • 5 days' work week (Monday - Friday)
  • KL Office is located at TRX and will be relocating to Sunway Visio soon.
  • Working hours (6am-3pm and 7am-4pm)
  • Permanent position
  • Onsite
