A Sales Operations Analyst is a crucial member of the marketing team, focusing on optimizing marketing campaigns and initiatives through data analysis, technology management, and process improvement.
Key responsibilities
- Data Analysis: Analyzing data from various marketing platforms (web analytics, CRM, etc.) to assess campaign performance and identify areas for improvement.
- Technology Management: Overseeing and optimizing the marketing technology stack, including CRM (e.g., Salesforce), marketing automation (e.g., Eloqua, Marketo), and analytics tools.
- Performance Reporting: Developing and maintaining dashboards (i.e., SFDC Einstein Analytics, Power BI) and reports to track Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and provide actionable insights for stakeholders.
- Campaign Optimization: Utilizing data-driven insights to recommend and implement optimizations for marketing campaigns across various channels (email, social media, digital advertising).
- Process Improvement: Identifying and implementing enhancements to streamline marketing operations and boost efficiency.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborating with marketing, sales, IT, and other teams to ensure alignment of marketing strategies and execution.
- Market Research: Conducting market research and competitive analysis to inform marketing strategies and identify opportunities.
Required skills
- Analytical and Problem-Solving Skills: The ability to decipher complex data, identify trends, and derive actionable insights.
- Data Analysis Tools: Proficiency in tools like Excel, Power BI, SQL, and/or Python.

Qualifications
