USC WorkWell Center (WorkWell), the University’s long-standing workforce wellness program, is seeking an Associate Counselor to join its clinical team. The Associate Counselor provides counseling and assessment services to USC faculty and staff under the supervision of a licensed mental health professional. This role supports WorkWell’s comprehensive employee assistance services, including counseling, assessment, referral, crisis response, and psychoeducational programming.
The Associate Counselor works collaboratively within a multidisciplinary clinical team and contributes to a supportive, confidential, and high-quality service environment that promotes employee well-being and resilience.
Job Accountabilities
In the event of an emergency, the employee holding this position is required to report to duty in accordance with the University’s Emergency Operations Plan and/or the department’s emergency response and recovery plans.

The hourly rate range for this position is $24.07 - $30.00. Minimum Education: Masters or Doctorate in Psychology, Social Work, or related fields.
