The Opportunity
The Associate Campus Director (AsCD) at Camp Humphreys plays a key role in supporting the overall administration and daily operations of the campus while advancing student success initiatives across South Korea. This position is responsible for student recruitment, advising, retention, and outreach efforts, including regular engagement with military-connected students and stakeholders at satellite locations such as K-16, Daegu, and Osan.
The AsCD serves as a representative of the university within the local and military communities, fostering partnerships with Educational Services Officers (ESOs), training managers, and other key stakeholders. This role requires a high level of independence, initiative, and the ability to manage multiple priorities, including marketing, public relations, student lifecycle support, and campus operations.
In addition, the Associate Campus Director ensures compliance with university policies, supports faculty and classroom operations, contributes to budget management, and may assume leadership responsibilities in the absence of the Campus Director. Regular travel within South Korea is required to support satellite locations and outreach events.
This is an in-person position based at Camp Humphreys.

Compensation
The annual salary range for this position is $43,888. The final offer will consider the candidate’s skills, qualifications, and experience, along with applicable state regulations, internal equity, and business needs, and may fall outside of the stated range.
