About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and results‑oriented Associate Business Analyst to join our Analytics team. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in understanding and interpreting data, transforming raw information into meaningful insights, and enabling data‑driven decision‑making across the organization.

This role requires deep analytical thinking, hands‑on expertise with data handling, and the ability to create impactful dashboards, reports, KPIs, and visualizations using modern BI tools. The candidate should be passionate about turning complex datasets into intuitive, actionable insights that support strategic and operational business needs.

What You Will Do

  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand analytical needs, KPIs, and reporting requirements.

  • Analyze large and complex datasets to identify trends, patterns, and improvement opportunities.

  • Develop, maintain, and optimize interactive dashboards and reports using BI tools (e.g., Qlik Sense, Snowflake etc.).

  • Convert business requirements into technical specifications and deliver high‑quality analytical solutions.

  • Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and integrity across all reporting layers.

  • Present insights, findings, and recommendations in a clear and structured manner to technical and non‑technical audiences.

  • Partner with data engineering and technology teams to enhance data models and improve data availability.

  • Optimize workflows and automate recurring reports to improve efficiency.

What You Need to Be Successful

  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and translate it into actionable insights.

  • Hands‑on experience with BI tools such as Qlik Sense, Data Bricks or equivalent.

  • Proficiency in data handling and transformation using SQL, Excel, or other analytical tools.

  • Ability to design and deliver effective dashboards, KPIs, and visual storytelling elements.

  • Excellent problem‑solving skills and attention to detail.

  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

Bonus Points if You Have

  • Experience working with financial, operational, or enterprise‑level datasets.

  • Understanding data modelling concepts and ETL processes.

  • Understanding on SAP tables (ECC/S4).

  • Experience in automation using Python, Power Automate, or similar tools is a plus.

  • You have strong experience working with data — collecting, cleaning, transforming, and analyzing it to uncover insights and trends.

  • You possess hands‑on expertise in building high‑quality dashboards, reports, and KPI frameworks using BI tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or similar platforms.

  • You can translate complex business problems into clear analytical requirements and convert them into actionable insights.

  • You demonstrate a structured, detail‑oriented approach to data interpretation, ensuring accuracy and reliability in all deliverables.

  • You have excellent communication skills, enabling you to present insights in a clear, concise, and impactful manner to stakeholders at all levels.

  • You are proactive, collaborative, and comfortable working in fast‑paced, data‑driven environments.

  • You can manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and adapt quickly to evolving business needs.
