Make your impact
This role plays a key part in supporting several critical shopfloor operations. With growing project demands, we’re looking to strengthen the team by bringing in additional capability to ensure continuity, quality, and timely delivery across these activities.

What you’ll do

• Support daily shopfloor assembly and testing for critical valve projects, including HP MPV, ZL, and DSL valve series (1”–24”), across multiple variants, pressures, and materials.
• Independently execute processes and troubleshoot issues with minimal supervision to ensure smooth production flow and timely outcomes.
• Collaborate with stores, quality, and maintenance teams to maintain safety, quality, and process compliance across operations.
• Take full ownership of day-to-day assembly and testing, contributing effectively to projects with minimal ramp-up time.
• Success is measured by on-time task completion, high-quality standards, minimal delays, and safe delivery, in an onsite role at the Bangalore WMI Factory with no travel required.

What you’ll bring

• ITI Fitter or equivalent trade qualification.
• Proven experience in shopfloor assembly and testing, ideally within valve or similar manufacturing environments.
• Able to work independently, take ownership, and deliver with minimal supervision.
• Strong coordination skills, working closely with quality, stores, and maintenance teams.
• Exposure to HP MPV, ZL, or DSL valve series, including pressure testing and multiple test variants (preferred).
• Safety‑focused with strong process and quality awareness, and a commitment to long‑term stability and continuous improvement.
