In order to achieve this, the Associate Systems Analyst will assist with coordinating multiple stakeholders through the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) process including IT, external vendors and business teammates.
Analysis & Technical:
Requirement creation – supports the translation of business needs into requirements for one business system or process.
Helps to visualize process flows that represent a business system or process.
Subject matter expert for a limited scope (ex. Specific business systems, how one line of business uses that system, one process within a system). This includes ensuring a system is capturing needed data & diagnosing when issues arise with data movement within that system.
Understands where or who to go to for data
Produces and distributes recurring reports related to a business system or process utilizing tools such as Excel and SQL
Problem Solving:
Solves system problems by executing on outlined approach
Raises awareness when issues arise that impact their work stream.
Participates in testing processes and drafts UAT test cases
Troubleshoots front-end issues and answers questions about reports
Project & Stakeholder management:
Participates actively in all working sessions (ex. Requirement review sessions, project status meetings & post-deployment feedback sessions)
Sends recaps including next steps from meetings
Understands the Software Development Life Cycle
Utilizes tools such as JIRA, Smartsheets or Confluence in order to maintain up to date documentation of data/process dependencies for a project, business lane or system (ex. BRD, use cases, process flows)
Keeps track of assigned work & balances multiple priorities in order to complete work timely
Identifies applicable stakeholders & engages appropriately to keep informed or resolve issues

The Wage Range for the role is $29.00 - $40.00 per hour.
If a candidate is hired, they will be paid at least the minimum wage according to their geographical jurisdiction and the exemption status for the position.Washington Exempt: $77,968.80/year Washington Non-exempt: Bellingham: $17.66/hour, Burien: $21.16/hour, Unincorporated King County: $20.29/hour, Renton: $20.90/hour, Seattle: $20.76/hour, Tukwila: $21.10/hour, Remainder of Washington state: $16.66/hour
