US Consumer Services is accountable for delivering high value start and stay experiences and customer service support for those considering or prescribed Lilly medicines, including the continued growth and optimization of US LillyDirect. As experts in US consumer and healthcare trends, service delivery excellence, and digital innovations, we help US brands deliver best-in-any-class experiences for improved patient outcomes and desired business objectives.

Responsibilities:


The position will operate in an agile team concept designed to allow flexibility to execute the job responsibilities as either dedicated or partially dedicated, working across the Consumer Services Hub. The person in this role should expect the workstream(s) they are driving or participating with may change based upon business needs and the duration of workstream(s) will vary. This role will report to the Senior Director – Agile Content and Special Projects for LUSA Consumer Services. Depending on the special project they are leading or contributing to, they may take workstream specific guidance from another CSH leader.
• Special Projects: Execute special projects to support delivering on the CSH mission with excellence, which could involve data-driven analysis and/or supporting SWAT team / IMTs. These workstreams may be proactively planned through the roadmap or may arise situationally due to competitive dynamics or consumer needs.
• Transactional content: Drive success with transactional content management and approval for CSH. Collaborating with business partners and MLRO teammates.

Basic Requirements:


• Bachelor’s degree
• Two years of experience in marketing or operations
• Qualified applicants must be authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis. Lilly will not provide support for or sponsor work authorization and/or visas for this role.



Additional Skills/Preferences:

• Experience in U.S. commercial pharmaceutical landscape
• Prior work experience in business problem definition, analysis and interpretation
• Prior work experience with stakeholder communication and engagement
• Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint required
• Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, matrixed organization
• Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
• High learning agility, ability to thrive in ambiguity and “self-starter” mindset
• Demonstrated ability to lead and influence without authority
• Track record of achieving operational excellence and driving continuous improvement initiatives
• Deep curiosity and drive to solve complex problems, challenge the status quo and build impactful solutions
• Experience leveraging AI to drive efficiency and/or effectiveness

Actual compensation will depend on a candidate’s education, experience, skills, and geographic location.  The anticipated wage for this position is

$58,500 - $137,500

Full-time equivalent employees also will be eligible for a company bonus (depending, in part, on company and individual performance).
