Job Details:
SUMMARY: This position is responsible for acquiring and reviewing all label verifications from the production floor, proofreading and reporting any variances to appropriate department personnel; maintaining files on label verifications and other operational traceability documentation; assisting with the organization of meetings and disseminating notes of meetings to applicable personnel; and any other duties or special projects as assigned by management.
*** Second Shift. Monday through Friday schedule with some Saturday work as well. 5:00pm to 1:30am daily schedule***
REQUIREMENTS:
Education: High School diploma or equivalent.
Experience: 1+ year office clerical experience preferred.
Computer Skills: Standard computer skills to include Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
Communication Skills: Good written and verbal communication skills.
Travel: None
