Job Description

This role supports billing and invoicing operations through effective project management and cross-functional coordination. The position will work closely with Account Management, Workforce Management, Delivery and Operations, and other internal stakeholders to support the end-end Invoicing process including Client Portal tracking and management to ensure timely invoicing and collections and business as usual improvements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support and/or lead project management activities related to billing, invoicing, collections and operational transitions
  • Coordinate with Account Management, Delivery and Operations, Workforce Management (WFM), and other internal teams to ensure Invoicing deliverables are met
  • Track Invoicing timelines, dependencies, risks, and action items; escalate issues proactively
  • Support invoicing, billing, and AR processes during transition and steady-state phases
  • Prepare Invoicing & Collection updates, reporting, and stakeholder communications
  • Ensure compliance with internal controls, processes, and documentation standards
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement and operational efficiency

Candidate's profile:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field (or equivalent internal experience)
  • 2-3 years of experience in Invoicing, Billing, Accounts Receivable, and Collections
  • Capable to supports projects with defined scope and guidance
  • Able to manage assigned tasks or workstreams and tracks progress against timelines
  • Should be able to escalates risks and issues appropriately
  • Able to balance operational and project-based responsibilities
  • Workforce Management (WFM) background preferred, including exposure to capacity planning, reporting, scheduling, operational analytics
  • Strong internal stakeholder management and collaboration skills
  • Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work independently in a work-from-home environment
  • Willingness to travel to Manila as required.
  • Amenable to mid-shift schedule (1:00 PM – 11:00 PM), willing to render overtime
