Mandatory Reference Checking Scheme (“MRC”) for Hong Kong
The Mandatory Reference Checking Scheme is a framework to facilitate Authorized Institutions (“AIs”) to bilaterally obtain reference information during their recruitment process for certain positions, such that misconduct information in an individual’s previous employments can be provided to AIs to inform their employment decisions.

• Solicit and develop corporate banking business while maintaining credit quality.
• Explore new business opportunities and develop new accounts independently.
• Proactively participate in the marketing of corporate financial services in the areas of corporate lending, structured transactions, syndication, trade and cash management, treasury, insurance and other financial products.
• Work proactively with Product Teams on cross-selling the Bank’s products.
• Maintain good account relationship with existing and potential corporate banking clients.
• Adhere to prevailing risk and compliance requirements, bank policies and procedures and applicable local and regional regulations, to achieve set targets and standards.
• For Vice President, assist Team Head in coaching and supervising junior team members and supporting staff.
• Comply with anti-money laundering / counter terrorist financing requirement and sanction risks controls in accordance with regulatory standards and CNCBI policies.
Requirements:
• Degree holder in Business Administration or related disciplines.
• Minimum 4-5 years of experience for AVP and 6-8 years for VP in marketing and relationship management in corporate banking, preferably gained from international banking environment.
• Good forward planning and result oriented.
• Good analytical and interpersonal skills.
• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese (including Putonghua).
• Possess the required qualifications and license under SFC for dealing in securities will be an advantage.
• Possess the qualification of Certified Credit Risk Management Professional (Commercial Lending) (CCRP(CL)) preferred.
• Willing to travel frequently to PRC
