Job Description

This role is responsible for driving the research operations for the Business Intelligence team and will be end to end responsible for the strategy and execution of customised research studies. Apart from this the role would entail market outreach/business development in real estate & infrastructure sectors for advisory related services.

About the Role:

  • Business Development /Market outreach of Business Intelligence products
  • Conceptualizing and writing Research & Consultancy proposals and presentation to clients.
  • Developing relevant Research tools (Questionnaires and Discussion Guides) for qualitative & quantitative research studies
  • Responsible for managing the team undertaking customized projects and service clients on day-to-day basis
  • Collection & Tracking of customer feedback in order to improve the product & delivery mechanism.
  • Dealing with set of external research and field agencies for B2C and secondary research assignments
  • Draw plans for development of junior team members, train & mentor them on research tools & techniques.
  • Collaborate with other verticals within the firm and offer Joint Products/Engagement Models on a case-to-case basis.

About You:

  • Master’s from reputed Business School / Postgraduate in Economics or Statistics with 8-10 years’ experience of working in a research/consulting domain.
  • Experience within the Real Estate & Infrastructure industry is advantageous
  • Strong written and oral communication skills
  • High attention to detail and the ability to operate in a fast-paced environment
