We are looking for an assistant store manager to join our team.
YOUR MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:
You will support the store manager in effectively managing the store by improving sales results, ensuring excellent customer service, and ensuring that the team fulfills its daily responsibilities in a positive atmosphere.
Ensuring an excellent level of customer service in the store
Planning, implementing, and monitoring activities necessary to achieve and exceed sales targets
Analyze and verify management indicators and costs with a view to improving them
Ensure and cooperate in the implementation of merchandising standards and optimize the sales area to achieve maximum profitability
Know the collection and control and manage inventory to maximize sales
Act as a role model and promote effective communication within the team
Recruit, train, and ensure the smooth integration of new employees
Lead and motivate the team, ensuring the development of employee potential
Plan, organize, prioritize, and delegate tasks, optimize resources, and minimize costs
Ensure optimal management of personnel-related administrative tasks
