Job Responsibilities:
Take an active role in daily show operations, including pre‑show preparations, running cues, coordinating performers and technicians, and ensuring all rehearsals and special events run smoothly, safely, and according to established procedures
Assist with tracking artistic notes, updating running sheets and cue documents, reporting performance details, and communicating adjustments to maintain the highest standard of show consistency and creative intent
Participate in advance planning, scheduling, and logistics for events inside the Theater and across the property, ensuring all departments are aligned and that client, production, and operational needs are met
Facilitate clear and timely communication between Artistic, Technical, Operations, and external stakeholders, ensuring all information is accurate, delivered promptly, and supports seamless collaboration
Contribute to scheduling and running technical rehearsals, coordinating scene shifts, managing performer calls, and supporting the integration of new show elements, equipment, or performers
Job Requirements:
At least 3 years of experience in Stage Management or Theater / live event production, including direct experience with production planning, vendor / crew coordination, and backstage technical operations. Experience as an Assistant Stage Manager or Assistant Production Manager is highly preferred
Undergraduate University degree and related experience preferred. College Diploma and / or related experience required
Good command of both English and Chinese
Proficient in Microsoft applications
Must be able to work various shifts including weekends and holidays
