The Assistant Spa Manager helps oversee the daily operation and continued development of the Spa, ensuring services align with Four Seasons standards and the Spa’s mission. Partnering closely with the Director of Spa, this role supports team performance and key financial responsibilities such as forecasting, labor planning, budgeting, and inventory oversight. The position also assists with promotional efforts and PR initiatives that enhance visibility and guest engagement. With a strong presence in the Spa, the Assistant Spa Manager ensures all interactions are handled with professionalism while upholding Four Seasons policies and service expectations.
What You Will Do
Support daily spa operations to ensure a seamless and personalized guest experience.
Assist with leading, coaching, and developing the Spa team to uphold Four Seasons service standards.
Contribute to financial oversight, including labor management, forecasting, budgeting, purchasing, and inventory control.
Support the planning and execution of internal promotions, marketing initiatives, and PR activations.
Assist in resolving guest concerns with professionalism to maintain high satisfaction levels.
Uphold company policies, safety guidelines, and operational best practices.
What You Bring
Strong communication, organization, and leadership skills.
Ability to guide and motivate a diverse team.
Strong computer proficiency; familiarity with Book4Time, Birchstreet, and Opera is an asset.
A passion for exceptional service and a collaborative work ethic.
Work authorization in the United States.
