Job Title: Assistant Category & Shikhar Operation Manager
Location: Mumbai HO
Description:
The role involves coordinating with Category and Channel teams to ensure timely closure of Shikhar Ops. The individual will lead end-to-end execution of monthly plans through effective activations and engagement strategies. A strong understanding of the GT ecosystem is essential, as customer centricity will be a key focus area. The person will be responsible for driving the overall funnel (transacting) and channel sales performance. Strong stakeholder management skills are required, as the role involves working closely with diverse internal teams.
Main Responsibilities:
Include driving category JTBDs by creating BU properties. Increasing engagement, collaborating with Shikhar CMT and branch counterparts to ensure smooth business operations. Improving customer experience by enhancing NPS and Play Store ratings while resolving SLC issues within SLA timelines. The role also requires strong analytical skills to evaluate business and efficiency parameters. Additionally, the individual will drive fulfilment and OTIF for the overall Shikhar business and improve WOA of Customer CDT. Lead major telecalling sales projects and enhance agent productivity.

The ideal candidate should demonstrate a growth mindset with a high bias for action. Should possess strong analytical rigor and communication skills.
