Job Description
Overview:
The Assistant Sales Manager (Customer Guide) plays a key supporting role in helping the Sales team achieve sales and settlement goals for the assigned community while delivering an exceptional customer experience throughout the home-buying journey.
Support community sales and settlement goals by guiding purchasers from contract through closing and providing consistent weekly updates on home progress.
Maintain accurate buyer information and activity tracking in Salesforce and Newstar Sales; complete daily/weekly/monthly follow‑ups with prospects across multiple communication channels.
Assist in driving the community sales plan by cultivating relationships with relocation partners, realtor offices, and local businesses through outreach, presentations, and referral engagement.
Ensure the sales office, model homes, and model parks remain professionally presented by coordinating with cleaners, landscapers, and other service providers.
Attend bi‑weekly sales meetings and other required work‑related meetings; submit weekly sales tracking, community logs, sales‑construction notes, and other requested documentation.
Maintain awareness of the homebuilding market and competitive landscape for the assigned community.
Foster a professional, inclusive, and equitable environment in all customer and team interactions.
Adhere to Fair Housing Laws and U.S. Department of Housing and Disabilities Act requirements.
Active real estate license (or ability to obtain one)
Proven success in sales and/or delivering high‑quality customer service
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Highly proactive, organized, and self‑motivated
Strong ability to build and maintain client relationships
Administrative experience considered an asset
Strong computer and technology proficiency
