The Assistant Manager supports the Lounge Manager in overseeing the daily operations of SABO Lounge on the GENSUI floor, ensuring exceptional luxury service for VIP and in-house guests. The role supervises staff, manages service standards, and ensures a high-quality Japanese hospitality experience.
What you will do
Deliver luxury-level hospitality consistent with Four Seasons standards.
Welcome and engage guests staying on the GENSUI floor.
Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and special requests professionally.
Supervise lounge attendants and service staff.
Assist with training, coaching, and scheduling employees.
Ensure team members follow Four Seasons service standards.
Promote teamwork and maintain positive staff morale.
What you bring
2–5 years experience in luxury hotel F&B, lounge, or restaurant operations
Previous supervisory or leadership experience
Knowledge of food & beverage service and beverage programs
Strong guest service and problem-solving skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced luxury hospitality environment
English proficiency; Japanese language is required.
