What this opportunity involves:
We're seeking a motivated Assistant Property Manager to join our dynamic Property Management team in Adelaide. This role will provide support to the General Manager and Account Management Team in delivering exceptional customer service and assisting with day-to-day commercial operations across a portfolio of properties.
Also working alongside Facilities Managers locally, contractors and a broader portfolio team nationally, this role combines customer relationship responsibilities with commercial property management duties, providing an excellent foundation for career development in property management.
An overview of the role:
Act as primary contact for tenant enquiries and provide timely customer responses
Assist with tenant communications through building portals, emails, and community events
Support lease administration including rent roll management and invoicing verification
Coordinate debt management activities and follow up on overdue accounts
Process and verify supplier invoices for accuracy across the national portfolio
Support monthly reporting, budget analysis, and capital expenditure tracking
Maintain records in property management systems (MRI, Prism) and compliance documentation
Collaborate with Facilities Teams on tenant service requests and operational matters
Provide administrative support including meeting materials and minute-taking

We seek a driven professional with 1-3 years' property industry or administrative/finance experience eager to develop their career in commercial property management.
South Australia Property Manager Registration (or willing to obtain)
Strong computer skills (MS Word, Excel, Outlook)
Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement abilities
Ability to prioritise tasks and manage multiple properties
Strong attention to detail in financial processing
Customer service excellence with exceptional interpersonal skills
Proactive problem-solving and collaborative team approach
