Responsibilities:
Assist the Project Management Team with construction and implementation of energy efficiency, conservation, and renewable technology projects in retail, commercial, institutional, and industrial facilities.
Manage project workflows of submittals, RFI’s, daily reports, punchlist items, and project closeout documentation using project management software such as Procore or RMS.
Organize and maintain project related files, drawings, materials, and correspondence.
Participate in and contribute to weekly construction meetings at various project site locations virtually and in person.
Assist with issuing preconstruction bid packages to vendors and subcontractors for pricing and delivery schedules.
Assist with management of project finances, vendor invoices, and client reporting activities.
Perform and present findings on research related to project specifications, drawings, contract documents, financial reports, and other project related material.
Collaborate with internal functions to prepare and maintain all forms of reports, develop meeting minutes and agendas, presentations, documentation, and related project material.
Assist project superintendents and Sr. PM with site observations and management of vendors and subcontractors.
Perform other duties as required.
Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in construction management or related engineering discipline. Or demonstrated level of equivalent job experience.
Ability to review confidential US security information.
Additional Qualifications:
Exposure to large scale construction projects involving upgrades, renovations, and retrofits involving institutional, government, commercial and industrial customer sites.
Proven ability to gather, validate, and analyze quantitative data and information.
Proficiency with MS Office Suite, including Excel and Project.
Proficiency in Procore or other PM software.
Excellent verbal, written, computer, technical communication and presentation skills
Demonstrated ability to effectively manage multiple priorities and tasks.
Valid Drivers’ License issued by state of residence and in good standing.
Ability to travel as required – 25% (Typically in the MD/DC area) QA/QC Certification from ACOE or NAVFAC
